These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between MPO88Asia ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Member", "you", "your") who accesses, registers, or uses the services available at https://mpo88asia.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.

MPO88Asia operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform primarily serving users in Malaysia. Our services include but are not limited to: online slot games, live dealer casino games, sports betting (including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UFC, and other events), poker, Sic Bo, lottery-style games, and related promotional activities.

By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not register for or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MPO88Asia.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member to access Platform services.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held within a Member's account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded to a Member as part of a promotional offer, subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Member on any game or sporting event offered by the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to confirm a Member's identity, age, and source of funds.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any territory where access to or use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable local law.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the self-exclusion, deposit limit, and cooling-off features available to Members through the Platform.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, game assets, software, sounds, data, logos, and other materials available on the Platform.

Access to and use of MPO88Asia is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied and continue to be satisfied throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. MPO88Asia strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all casino-style gambling activities. Providing false information regarding your age is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf as an individual user and not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not a resident of, nor are you accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction in which the use of online gambling services is prohibited under applicable law.
• You have not been diagnosed with or identified as having a gambling addiction and are not subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion from gambling services.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or close associate of MPO88Asia, or of any company that provides services or technology to MPO88Asia, where such access would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an account with MPO88Asia that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on MPO88Asia. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. MPO88Asia reserves the right to request supporting documentation (government-issued ID, proof of address, etc.) to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify MPO88Asia immediately via our support channels if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, until you report a security breach to us.

MPO88Asia operates a KYC verification process in accordance with responsible gambling and anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit copies of your MyKad or passport, proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and evidence of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

MPO88Asia supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as the primary currency. Cryptocurrency deposits in USDT (TRC20) are also accepted. Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank.

• Minimum deposit amount: RM 30 (or currency equivalent for USDT deposits).
• All deposited funds must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• MPO88Asia does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow QR are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfers via FPX may take 5–10 minutes. USDT TRC20 deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation and typically processed within 15–30 minutes.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the MPO88Asia account holder.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• MPO88Asia targets a withdrawal processing time of under 5 minutes for standard bank transfers. Actual timescales may vary depending on the payment provider and any additional verification requirements.
• MPO88Asia reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC or AML checks.
• Bonus funds are subject to their respective wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.

MPO88Asia offers various promotional incentives to Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, refer-a-friend rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions detailed at the point of offer.

• Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied in full before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must typically be completed within a specified validity period. Bonus funds that expire before requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
• MPO88Asia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not negatively affect bonuses already accepted and in active use.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, structured deposits designed to trigger bonuses, or coordinated play — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in account suspension.
• Birthday bonuses are credited automatically to eligible accounts during the Member's registered birth month, subject to the Member's VIP tier at the time of credit.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the MPO88Asia platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform (whether under your own identity or a false one).
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the KYC process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in any way that gives an unfair advantage or circumvents game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to defraud the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform. Any winnings derived from an evident error must be reported immediately and are not valid for withdrawal.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform or using the Platform for any fraudulent financial purpose.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any software that forms part of the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the Platform or the experience of other users.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to disguise your true location.

All Content on the MPO88Asia Platform — including but not limited to trade names, logos, game graphics, software code, databases, text, interface designs, and audiovisual materials — is the proprietary property of MPO88Asia or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

MPO88Asia grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without express written permission.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any Content.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or public performance.
• Systematically download or scrape any Content for use outside the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Platform Content constitutes an infringement of MPO88Asia's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MPO88Asia, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own decisions and wagers placed on the Platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from apparent software malfunctions that have been reported and assessed as not constituting genuine Platform errors.

MPO88Asia makes reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy of game odds, live data feeds, and results displayed on the Platform. However, where a technical error results in an obviously incorrect price, odds, or outcome being displayed, MPO88Asia reserves the right to void any bets placed on the basis of that error and return stakes to the affected Members.

MPO88Asia is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity and that it is essential to protect Members who may be at risk of developing gambling-related problems.

• The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above only. Access by minors is prohibited and actively prevented through our KYC and age verification processes.
• Members may apply deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team.
• Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. Once self-exclusion is activated, the Member's account will be suspended and access blocked for the duration of the exclusion period. Early reversal of self-exclusion is not automatically granted.
• MPO88Asia will not send promotional communications to Members who have opted out or who are under a self-exclusion arrangement.

MPO88Asia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity connected to the account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe.
• Provision of materially false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to our dormant account policy and applicable law.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, MPO88Asia reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded to the Member's registered payment method after deduction of applicable fees, if any.

A Member wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any balance outstanding at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal provided KYC requirements have been satisfied.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws governing the jurisdiction under which MPO88Asia operates. Users based in Malaysia acknowledge that they access the Platform on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to their use of online gaming services.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of the Platform, MPO88Asia encourages Members to first contact our customer support team with a clear description of the issue. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter informally within 10 business days.

Where informal resolution is not achievable, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English before a mutually agreed arbitrator, with costs to be allocated by the arbitrator in their award. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court.

MPO88Asia reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively alter Members' rights or obligations — we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
